Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified pkr550 support of a suspected unauthorised access within a reasonable timeframe.
pkr550 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed after the first deposit has been made. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus amounts are expressed in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day to reflect depending on interbank processing times. pkr550 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be declined and returned. pkr550 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties and does not permit the use of anonymous or prepaid payment instruments where the account holder identity cannot be verified.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed where: (a) the account has completed full KYC verification; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn have been fully satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold applicable to the selected payment method; and (d) no active investigation or account review is pending on the account.

As an anti-money laundering control, pkr550 will return funds to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Profits exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any verified payment method registered on the account.
pkr550 does not charge a platform withdrawal fee for standard transactions. However, third-party payment providers and banks may apply their own processing charges. pkr550 accepts no liability for any such third-party fees.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by pkr550 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spin awards not used within the specified validity period will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
pkr550 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal or amendment will be subject to the terms in force at the time of opt-in.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or disconnection during a game round, pkr550 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. All sports bets placed on pkr550 are subject to acceptance by the platform. pkr550 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced; (b) the odds offered were published in error; or (c) the bet forms part of a pattern that indicates misuse of the sportsbook.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, or the ICC for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, pkr550 will await confirmation from the governing body before settling affected markets.
A bet will be declared void, and the staked amount returned to the player's account, in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play; the event is rescheduled and the new date falls outside the applicable settlement window; or an error in the odds is identified before settlement.
In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time. Odds change rapidly during live events and it is the player's responsibility to confirm the odds at the exact time of bet placement. pkr550 is not liable for odds discrepancies arising from latency in the player's internet connection or device.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr550 platform:
pkr550 may suspend or restrict an account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a breach of this Agreement has occurred or is suspected; the account is subject to a legal or regulatory investigation; KYC or AML documentation remains outstanding; or the account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
pkr550 may permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, where a material breach of this Agreement is confirmed. In cases of fraud, prohibited conduct, or underage gambling, any balance held in the account will be forfeited in full.
Players may request closure of their pkr550 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure.
Players who close their account through the responsible gaming self-exclusion process will be subject to the terms set out in Section 13 of this Agreement. Self-excluded players may not reopen a closed account during the self-exclusion period under any circumstances.

pkr550 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering a pkr550 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkr550 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence obligations.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and permanent exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. pkr550 will take all reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the platform during an active exclusion period.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Where pkr550 has reason to suspect that an account is held by a minor, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr550 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents pkr550 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
pkr550 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — pkr550 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.
Your continued use of the pkr550 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3 of this Agreement. It remains your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
